Mr. Coward blogs about CPS
Tuesday, February 20th, 2007Here is a good link to a California middle school English teacher and CPS advocate who has created a handout for those who attended his inservice:
Interestingly, he’s on a committee to develop a list of time-savers for teachers. Using CPS for good quality assessments can certainly help with that - and he makes that suggestion. I remember my Education Methods professor at Whitman College making a point about how during test creation, investing time on the front-end (writing good questions) could save you time on the back-end (grading). If you already have a bank of good questions, CPS’s Fast-Grade feature can certainly save time on both ends. Mr. Coward shows that feature in his handout. We have a video on that at our Online Training page.
